The Jack PCL brace neutralises the gravity of the calf and therefore supports and protects the PCL: posterior sagging of the knee is avoided.
The translation force is individually adjusted to the leg's and patient's weight through adjustment of the spring tension on both sides. This neutralises unfavourable effects of muscle and gravity forces.

Conservative und postoperative treatment of PCL-lesions.
