The MKS-Lumbo forte is an orthosis designed for the relief and/or correction of the lumbar vertebral column/thoracic spine in the sagittal and frontal plane with a mobilising function.
 Mode of operation
Relief and/or correction of the lumbar vertebral column/thoracic spine combined with restriction of movement in the sagittal and frontal plane with functional mobilisation thanks to the possibility of a downward conversion into an orthotic system that is adjusted to the course of a disease and/or treatment.
Dorsal rods available as an option.
Indications
Any indications that require relief and/or correction of the lumbar vertebral column/thoracic spine combined with a restriction of movement in the sagittal and frontal plane with subsequent functional mobilisation, such as:
• stable vertebral body fractures
• Scheuermann‘s disease
• post-operative stabilization
• conservative fracture treatment
• conservative treatment of tumors or spondylitis
